This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the 2nd 2nd respondent to register the case on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.05.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that, based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed. She further submitted that a copy of the closure report also given to the petitioner.
