Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and he seeks one month time to file final report, after getting necessary permission.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file final Report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
