Seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on his representation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appeared for the respondent and perused the records carefully.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on completion of the investigation, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.280 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. Thus, the petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
