To extend the time by another two months passed in CMP. (MD).No.4688/2016 in SA.(MD).No.21/2016 dated 08.06.2016 and thus render justice.

Prayer in SA(MD). 21/ 2016 :

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14/02/2011 made in LACMA NO. 12 of 2004 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VELMURUGAN, Government Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate Submitted that the petitioner had complied with the conditional order, dated 20.01.2016 by depositing a sum of Rs.18,53,941/- on 16.09.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The learned Counsel for the respondent also submitted that the petitioner had complied with the conditional order.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered and CMP(MD)No.324 of 2016 is restored and taken on file and Interim Stay already granted on 20.01.2016 is made assolute.
