This petition has filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in S.C.No.165 of 2012 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur is directed to dispose of the case pending in S.C.No.165 of 2012 within a period of Nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
