This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that there is no case and no F.I.R pending against the petitioner and hence, there is no harassment by the respondent police.
