The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that in spite of several letters sent to the appellants, he has not received any instruction from them.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that this appeal has been filed against the concurrent judgments passed by the Courts below with regard to the house against the Rajapalayam Town Malayadipatti Kattu Naicker Samugam.
