RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m. imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.18177 of 2022 vide court order dated 13.10.2022 by this Honble Court and pass such other further orders may deem fit .... Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18177 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.518 of 2023 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18177 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 to 5 and 7 shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; and the sixth petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
