RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m. imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.18177 of 2022 vide court order dated 13.10.2022 by this Honble Court and pass such other further orders may deem fit .... 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18177 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 to 5 and 7 shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; and the sixth petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
