PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR2994 of 2019 To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 27.08.2018 made in I.A.No.192/2017 in O.S.No. 92/2013, on the file of learned Sub Court, Kulithalai, Karur District by allowing the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.BINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s. G.VIDHYA MAHESWARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above said petition.

filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and after showing the proof of such deposit, post the petition in the normal course.
