Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case against the proposed accused person, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on completion of the investigation, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.524 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. Thus, the petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
