2022 forthwith Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19721 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul.

However, the case is not yet taken on the file.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19721 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, on 31.01.2023 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.470 of 2023 thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
