ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent by giving protection to the petitioner's life, limb and peaceful residence, from the illegal threat and harassment made by the accused.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the petition for seeking police protection has already been closed on 08.03.2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
