2.Consent divorce petition was moved by both sides before the Sub Court, Thirumayam in H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2023. Now the petitioner wants to dispose of the matter at the earliest. Whatever may after the cooling period is over the parties can approach the concerned trial Court seeking speedy disposal. There can be no direction from this Court at this stage.

3.This civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above said liberty. No costs.
