The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for dissolving the marriage at the instance of the husband in O.P.No.3082 of 2011, on the file of the Family Court No.III, Madras, seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court at Madurai for enabling the petitioner to conduct trial along with H.M.O.P.No.524 of 2011 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondent and no interim order was also granted in this petition till date.

3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2011 and the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

4. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge of the Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.284 of 2011 Court No.III, Madras, to dispose of O.P.No.3082 of 2011, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice and opportunity to both parties, if not disposed of earlier.
