Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking amendment. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the surety satisfaction Court was inadvertently mentioned as 'the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, Trichy District' instead of 'the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District', in the petition in Crl.O.(MD).No.21086 of 2021 as well as in the order copy, dated 29.12.2021 and prays to amend the same. 3.Registry is directed to amend the surety satisfaction Court as 'the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District' instead of 'the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, Trichy District' in the petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21086 of 2021 as well as in the order copy, dated 29.12.2021 and issue fresh order copy.
