To set aside the Judgement and decree dated 22.01.2018 made in C.M.A.No. 7 of 2011 on the file of District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, confirming the Judgment and decree dated 13.10.2004 made in probate O.P.No.8 of 1999 on the file of I Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil, allow this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.RAJKUMAR SEN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 151 days in re-presenting the above civil revision petition in C.R.P.(MD). No.SR.21001 of 2018.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay,

this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the "Bubbles Day Care Creache maintained by the Women Advocates Association, Madras High Court, Madurai Bench", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.

3. This petition is accordingly ordered.
