The Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of the investigation completion report of the respondent Police and direct the respondent police to conduct the further investigation considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,23.01.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
