ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to provided police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and his property, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.07.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the petitioner's earlier complaint, CSR No.283 of 2022 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the petitioner has given another complaint, which was also ordered to be closed, directing the parties to approach the civil Court to sort out their issues. 2/4
