O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.247 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on completing the investigation, the case has been closed and a negative report has been filed referring the case as 'Mistake of Fact'. The said submission is recorded.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
