O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to survey the land and to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.236, Kovilur Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2025.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with notice to the fourth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against her.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application dated 07.08.2025, as well as a representation dated 19.08.2025, have been made seeking demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 07.08.2025 and the representation dated 19.08.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties, including the private respondent and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties, if any. If the petitioner is found to be entitled, a separate patta shall be issued in favour of the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
