When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.03.2019, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the sole respondent passed away. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.04.2019, the learned counsel for the appellant sought time to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2. However, till date no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
