ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. D.

SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 28.01.2019 while allowing this petition, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Bubbles Day Care, being run by the Women Lawyers Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. But the petitioner has wrongly paid the said amount to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench and he has also filed the cost memo to that effect. CMP(MD) No.11389 of 2016 Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
