ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for Ëxtension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 10.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli District vide the letter in D.No. 2790 dated 02/11/2023, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.106 of 2018.

2.This Court already disposed of this Petition by order dated 10.01.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.106 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.106 of 2018 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
