PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the First Information Report in connection with Crime No.327 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, C3 S.S.Colony (L&O) Police Station, Madurai City and quash the same.

This petition is filed to quash the investigation in Crime No.327 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal on 07.12.2017 in S.C.No.570 of 2016 by the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
