214/2015 in MCOP.No.277/2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Sub Court, Tirunelveli and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SELVAKUMARAN ADVOCATE for on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Since the conditional order passed by this court, dated 21.01.2016, has not been complied with,two buses, bearing Registration Nos.TN-01-N-5812 and TN-01-AN-0049,have been attached by virtue of the warrant issued by the Executive Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

It is stated that the Order has been complied with, of course, with a delay.

Therefore, a lenient view has to be taken and accordingly, the delay in depositing the award amount is condoned.
