O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the 1 st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to execute the arrest warrant issued by the Fast Track Court-I, Madurai (Judicial Magistrate level) in STC No.681 of 2014 dated 03.01.2014, based on the representation made by the petitioner herein on 16.04.2015.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that appropriate steps will be taken in this regard by the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate steps to execute the arrest warrant issued by the Fast Track Court-I, Madurai (Judicial Magistrate level) in STC No.681 of 2014 dated 03.01.2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
