This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and Decree in MCOP NO. 245 of 2012 dated 20/1/2014 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/ Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai awarding a compensation of RS. 10,21,200/- for the grievous injury ie., amputation of right leg of petitioner in the road accident for the following amongst other.
