ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.JAWAHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 127 days in condoned.
There petitions are ordered accordingly with cost of Rs.500/- to the credit of Chief Justice Relief fund within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Registry is directed to number the petitions and post the same on the normal course.
