Respondents P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Refusal Check Slip by its Refusal No. RFL/Vilaathikulam/263/2024 issued by the 2nd respondent dated 05.12.2024 and quash the same as unlawful and unsustainable consequently directing the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 13.11.2024 as and when the same is presented by the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 05.12.2024 passed by the second respondent, thereby refused to register the sale deed dated 13.11.2024 presented by the petitioner,

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as per the Hon'ble Justice R.M.Lodha Committee, the property comprised in Survey No. 1/1A1A2 situated at Jamin Sengalpadi Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District is under the control of 2/4

the PACL Ltd., and no registration can be made in respect of the subject property.

5. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a District Judge has been appointed to look into similar issues.

6. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority for getting appropriate relief. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
