This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.207 of 2015, for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(I) of IPC, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.207 of 2015, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
