2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 352 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w. Section 3(1) of Tamilnadu Public Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act, 1992, Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, in Crime No.148 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. It is case arising under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act. The petitioner has not chosen to implead the defacto complainant. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.
