ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 18.09.2020 and upon perusing the letter in D.No. 6715, dated 05.08.
By order dated 18.09.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1224 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.This Court has perused the letter submitted by the learned Principal District Judge, Tirchirappalli.
3.It is stated in the letter that the Tr.O.P.No.63 of 2020 is pending for taking steps for deceased first petitioner and the respondents 21 & 29 and further stated that no stay was granted in the aforesaid Tr.O.P.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, further six months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 18.09.2020, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
