This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to issue Town Survey Land Register and other connected revenue records for petitioners' land measuring to an extent of 6255 sq.ft in Old S.No.3906 situated at Thiruthanthoni Village, Chinthamani Group, Tiruchirapalli District, now within T.S.No.8/1, Ward-G, Block-16, Tiruchirapalli West Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District by considering the petitioners' representations, dated 31.10.2019 and 16.11.2019 within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.1240 of 2020 2.Though the petitioners' representation is for issuing patta, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for issuing a direction to the respondents to issue town survey and other revenue records in connection with the petitioners' land measuring to an extent of 6252 sq.ft., in Old S.No.3906 at Thiruthanthoni Village, Chinthamani Group, Tiruchirapalli District. The prayer in the Writ Petition does not convey any meaning, having regard to the nature of representations submitted by the petitioners for grant of patta. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to file fresh Writ Petition with appropriate prayer. No costs.
