ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 323 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.2 of 2019, seeks 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that already, the case was transferred to the All Women Police Station, Tiruppatture, Sivagangai District, and new FIR was registered in Crime No.4 of 2019. The Investigating Agency after conduction investigation, filed a final report before the concerned Criminal Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.278 of 2019 and the case was posted for appearance of the petitioner/A1. 3.The petitioner herein is the husband of the defacto complainant. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the defacto complainant/wife appeared before this Court and show interest to join with her husband.

4.
