This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a criminal case under Section 3(1)(ix) and 3(2) (vii) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.04.2015.
