[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Aggrieved by the order dated 01.07.2010 made in W.P(MD) No.6926 of 2010, the petitioner is on appeal. 2.It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the appellant company is no longer then. It is also added that the properties have been auctioned by the bank in SARFAESI proceedings. Hence, the Writ Appeal does not survive and is accordingly, dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
