This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the case in Cr.No.215 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and to transfer the same to the third respondent i.e. CBCID or any other agency.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. A perusal of the status report would show that the accused person has been arrested and charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur for offences under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) I.P.C.
