Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the respondents 1&2, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.959 of 2023, dated 30.11.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions till today, without fail and the conditions imposed on the co-accused have already been relaxed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.870 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.
3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents Police.
4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and since the conditions imposed on the co-accused have already been relaxed, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
