This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.170 of 2020, from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent, based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 04.12.2020. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the respondent police had filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and the e-filing number is 14518 of 2022. therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
