ORDER

This writ petition is filed as against the award of Labour Court in I.D.No.278 of 1989 directing 50% of backwages to the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent is no more and the petitioner is unable to get the details of the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent. Despite earnest efforts, they are unable to trace any one who can represent on behalf of the first respondent. 3.Without impleading the legal representatives of first respondent, this writ petition cannot be prosecuted further. Hence, this court has no other option except to dismiss the petition as the petitioner has not impleaded the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.
