Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the second accused, in Crime No.844 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is alleged that there is money dispute between the parties and the accused threatened and scolded the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with any offence and the entire allegations are invented.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that there is money dispute between the accused and the defacto complainant due to which wordy quarrel arose. She would further submit that the first and second accused are husband and wife and none sustained injury in this case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III,

Trichy, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 06/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
