This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge made in W.P.(MD) No.10722 of 2010, dated 17.11.2011.

2. The appellant/ writ petitioner challenged the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 24.06.2010, whereby, the third respondent was appointed as Anganwadi Worker in the Panchayat Union Primary School at Pudukulam.

3. Heard, Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

4. The petitioner / appellant was aged about 33 years, even when the writ petition was filed in the year 2011. By now the petitioner / appellant must be aged about 45 years. Hence, there is no question of considering the petitioner for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Worker, for which, the maximum age limit is 35 years.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Appeal, the petitioner also got an appointment elsewhere.

6. In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is closed. No costs.
