PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR5945 of 2018:
To set aside the order dated 16.06.2017 made in C.M.A.No.30 of 2013 on the file of 1st Additional District Court, Tuticorin confirming the order in I.A.No.513 of 2011 in O.S.No.66 of 1962 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin by allowing the Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SANTHANARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 320 days in re-presenting the above civil revision petition in C.R.P.(MD). No.SR.5945 of 2018.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) to the "Bubbles Day Care Creache maintained by the Women Advocates Association, Madras High Court, Madurai Bench", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
