The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 353, 307, 506(ii), 379 (sand theft) of I.P.C., in Crime No.375 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would point out that the petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature and it was registered only in the year 2019. Therefore, it is not a case for granting anticipatory bail to him.
