This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.165 of 2021 and complete the same.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is of the year 2021 filed for recovery of money. Eventhough statement was filed, the suit is kept pending without any progress.
3. If the petitioner wants speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 165 of 2021, he can approach the Court, by setting out all the facts of the case. If the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, is satisfied with the reasons, the matter can be taken up for speedy disposal in accordance with law. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
