Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in NA.KA.No.4934/2015/M, dated 11.01.2016 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUDALAIYANDI,Advocate for R3&R4,and MR.VR.SHANMUGANATHAN,Special Government Pleader, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] This petition seeking to condone the delay of 198 days in filing the Writ Appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand only], on or before 16.02.2017, before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. If the cost is paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal and list it 'for admission' on 17.02.2017.
