ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehends arrests for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(i) I.P.C in Cr.No.288 of 2015 on the file of the the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The Taluk Supply Officer of Sivakasi lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner/accused, who was the Ex-President of Poola Oorani Panchayat threatened him to issue ration card to the villagers. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had approached the defacto complainant for issuance of ration card to the general public and in the conversation, there was exchange of words and the petitioner had been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and in the occurrence, no one sustain injury.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, on his executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 7.
