Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the respondent to the order of the Respondent dated 28/10/2010 in Se.Mu.Order No. 47437/A3/10, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to return his driving license to him and award cost and thus render justice. JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The writ appeal is directed against the order dated 08.12.2010 made in W.P(MD)No.14287 of 2010.
2. The appellant is the writ petitioner, who had filed the writ petition challenging the order of the respondent dated 28.10.2010, suspending his licence for the period from 13.09.2010 and 13.02.2011.

3. The learned single Judge found that the writ petitioner was responsible for the accident, which resulted in death of a person and also found that the suspension was done in accordance with law after following the Rules under Section 19(1) (f) of the Motor Vehicles Act. Aggrieved by the same, the above writ appeal is filed.
4. During the pendency of the appeal, the period of suspension of the licence itself is over. Further, it is to be noted that the licence has been periodically renewed and it is valid upto 28.11.2020.
5. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
