Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.470 of 2021 registered on the file of the third respondent. The petitioner wants transfer of investigation.

3.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, I am not satisfied that a case for transfer of investigation has been made out. However to allay the apprehension expressed by the petitioner, the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police shall monitor the investigation.
