ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22507 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.The petitioner has sought for modification of the condition on the ground that the petitioner has life threat. Hence when the matter came up for hearing on 09.01.2025, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) to take instructions in this regard.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing it was informed to this Court that there is a life threat to the petitioner.

4.In the light of the above, the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before Melur Police Station, Madurai District every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5.With the above modification, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
